Amy Jack, MA, CIP, LFCCI
Clinical Interventionist
Structured Family Recovery® Counselor
Amy Jack is a Love First Certified Clinical Interventionist and Structured Family Recovery® Counselor with over twelve years of experience in the addiction and recovery field. She understands the profound impact addiction has on the entire family and is deeply committed to helping families find stability, clarity, and direction.
Amy has worked in residential treatment, where she served as Director of a long-term residential program. In that role, she guided individuals and families through some of the most difficult and uncertain moments of early recovery. Her experience working closely with families allows her to quickly assess complex situations and provide calm, steady leadership during times of crisis.
Amy works with families facing a wide range of addiction and mental health challenges, helping them move forward with clarity and confidence. She is widely known for her grounded presence, compassionate approach, and ability to help families align and take effective action.
Amy earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Albany State University and her Master’s degree in Substance Abuse Counseling from Union Commonwealth University. She is a Certified Intervention Professional through the Pennsylvania Certification Board. She has been invited to speak in her community on the dangers of addiction and fentanyl and was selected as a keynote speaker for the DEA Traveling Exhibit, where she presented on adolescent substance use prevention and community awareness.
Amy credits her own recovery for providing the foundation for the life and work she lives today. She understands firsthand that recovery is not only possible, but transformative, for individuals and families.
She lives in Georgia with her wife and their beloved pets. Amy considers it a privilege to walk alongside families as they restore hope and begin the process of recovery together.
You may wish to begin with a scheduled consultation with Amy Jack, to see if intervention is appropriate for your family or to explore treatment options. Consultations are available by zoom or call, and may include multiple members of your family.
Family members don’t always agree on how to address addiction and mental health problems. Often, it may feel like everything has already been tried. The dynamics of addiction usually throws a family’s emotions into disarray, which can create chaos – and addiction thrives in chaos.
Amy Jack can provide a balanced perspective, professional direction and new options. A scheduled consultation, lasting at least one hour, will start the process. A detailed history will be gathered, and a fresh strategy can be developed.
