Refund Policy

Love First Institute trainings are designed to be intensive learning experiences, so we accept only a small number of participants. For this reason, we ask participants to make a firm commitment upon enrollment. We provide tuition refund up to 60 days before the class session, less a 6% processing fee and a 6% administrative fee.

After that time, there is no refund unless another qualified participant is able to fill the vacated seat. In that case, we will refund the original tuition, less a 6% processing fee and a 6% administrative fee. Refunds will be issued once the new participant is fully enrolled and tuition has been paid.

If a participant cancels within 60 days of the training and no other qualified participant can take their place, 50% of the tuition paid will be applied as a credit toward the next year’s training.
