Refund Policy

Love First Institute trainings are designed to be intensive learning experiences, so we accept only a small number of participants. For this reason, we ask participants to make a solid commitment upon enrollment. We provide tuition reimbursement up to 45 days before the class session, less a 6% credit card processing fees and a 6% administrative fee.

After that time, there is no refund unless another qualified person is able to take the participant’s place in the training. In this case, we will refund the original tuition, less a 6% administrative and credit card processing fees and a $150 refund fee. These refunds will only be made once the new participant is fully enrolled.

If no other qualified person can take your place, your tuition will be applied to the next training that you can attend.
